The bungalow has a spacious and fully air conditioned living room with a separate dining area, a fully fitted kitchen (you are provided with adequate kitchen utensils and electronics) and its own guest toilet. Both bedrooms are en-suite, spacious, fully air conditioned and are fitted with in-built wardrobes and a dressing table. The master bedroom has a lounge/sitting area and a work desk. There is a self contained room within the complex that is available to guests who wish to get a separate accommodation for their domestic staff / driver. This is at an additional cost. Guests are to contact the hosts to check for availability and price. Guests are also provided with Unlimited Wi-Fi, Dedicated Cable TV and Netflix throughout their stay. In the event of power failure from the national grid, there is a stand-by diesel generator. The generator can power the air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and other basic electronic equipment but will not power the microwave. In addition to the security provided by the estate and the listing, there is also 24/7 CCTV surveillance in the premises. The bungalow shares the same compound of 2500 sqm with 2 other bungalows. A 1-bedroom for other guests and a 3-bedroom for the host. Cleaning is available every 2-3 days at no extra charge. Bedsheets, duvet cover and towels, provided for each room will be changed during the cleaning exercise.
