Property information

This holiday home is situated on a well-managed housing estate in Ponta Mamoli. Situated, on Fredericos Bay snorkeling spot. The beautiful beach house consists of the following: This home has 3 en-suite bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - sea facing with extra length king size bed (en-suite bathroom with shower and bath) sleeping 2 adults. (opens onto the swimming pool deck) Bedroom 2 - Inland facing, 2 single extra length beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet hand basin (beds can be pushed together) Bedroom 3 is a loft suitable for children aged 12 and under (4 single beds) and has a bath, toilet, and hand basin There is a guest bathroom downstairs. The open-plan kitchen and TV lounge area have panoramic sea views. The lounge has a TV no DSTV, however you can stream using the WIFI. There is as a library with books and games to play should the weather not be great. The living area opens up with sliding doors onto a wooden deck with a sunken swimming pool, overlooking the ocean. There is an outside shower to rinse off after a day on the beach. There is a braai area that has a built-in charcoal/wood braai. Ensure you bring snorkeling equipment along.

Situated in Mozambique, Ponta Mamoli. **Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle, with high ground clearance, to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.**
