Only FOR FAMILY AND MARRIED COUPLE. New renovated house with all new furnitures and utensils. Located at a very strategic location which is 5 minutes to Hospital USM and 10 minutes to Kota Bharu. 🛏️ 3 bedrooms (all fully air- conditioned) - Queen beds in each room 🛁 2 bathrooms (with water heater in each of it) 🚪living room with TV 🍽️ Spacious kitchen including - utensils - kettle - rice cooker - fridge - stove - dining table
