Housekeeping service is available upon request every third day from 10:30 to 13:30.

Damage or breakdown, supplements or additional services will have a an extra charge that must be paid in cash or taken from the damage deposit.

The Hotel is not responsible for general failures in electricity and/or Wi-Fi signal, beyond its competence. This can usually occur during the rainy and hurricane season, from July to mid-October.
