During this period, Private Homes guests will continue to enjoy full access to the RIVA Pool & Beach Club, including: The Italian restaurant (open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner) The pool, bar, and deli stocked with gourmet groceries and home cooking essentials A wide range of à la carte services will also be available to enhance your stay, including: In-home dining experiences Guerlain Spa treatments Private fitness and wellness sessions in the comfort of your residence Please note that access to the main resort facilities — including Club One, Guerlain Spa, the boat house, tennis and padel courts, KidsOnly, One Tribe, and the resort’s pools, beach, and restaurants — will not be available to Private Homes guests and Homeowners during these dates. We understand the importance of these amenities to your experience, and our dedicated team is available to assist with any questions or to recommend alternative experiences to ensure your stay remains extraordinary.

• Per child (4 -11.99 years old): EUR 150 per day
• Per infant (0-3.99 years old): free of charge.
New Year’s Eve Gala dinner 31 December 2025:
• Per adult (12 years old and above): EUR 530 per day
• Per child (4 -11.99 years old): EUR 265 per day
• Per infant (0-3.99 years old): free of charge.
Additional children surcharges:
• Infants under the age of 4 years – complimentary, including a cot if required
• Children under the age of 12 years – complimentary year-round, excluding Festive Season
• Children under the age of 12 years – a fee of EUR 140 per child per night applies from 21 December 2025 to 10 January 2026
