Kapisoda Apartments are recognized for their extremely modern facilities and staff are always available for 24 hours. The decades of experience in Italy and America, as well as communication skills with different nations, make us special, which gives us great pleasure. The apartments were purposefully built and furnished in July 2017 in a very modern and contemporary way, all with the aim of making guests happy in every way. Each of the three suites is equipped and has a kitchen, living and sleeping rooms, a bathroom with Netflix TV, free WI-FI, a sunbathing and dining terrace, free parking, free use of bicycles and free parking of vehicles, motorcycles and other necessities. The entire facility is equipped with video surveillance. Kapisoda Apartments are a 5-minute walk away, through a beautiful and large park equipped with all amenities, right in the center of the Montenegrin Capital, which is rich in cultural and historical assets. The airports of Tivat and Podgorica are 40 and 30 km away, while the capital of tourism is Budva only 28 km away. Kapisoda Apartments staff communicate in English, Italian and Russian.
Extremely communicative and open person who with great care, tolerance and respect expresses a sincere welcome to each guest, trying to stay at the expected level and beyond. I like to get to know and share experiences of life, customs and diversity, which makes me even happier.
Kapisoda Apartments are a 5-10 minute walk from the most important cultural and historical heritage of the Montenegrin Capital, namely: Billiards, King Nicholas I Castle, National Museum (Filermosa), Ethnographic Museum, 14 embassies from the 19th century (Turkey, Russia, England, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Austria, Serbia ...), Vlach Church, Monastery of St. Peter Cetinjski, Cipur Church, Eagle's Karst, Summer stage as well as two large parks from the 19th century that are equipped with various facilities (tennis and football fields, playgrounds for children, cafes and restaurants). At the very edge of the park there is a Tourist Organization which provides tourists with sightseeing trolleys with its sights.
