Property information

The property name is siwar Center in Jounieh highway, which is a complex of furnished apartments and business area with offices. It has a strategic location since it is easily accessible both from Beirut and Jounieh highways. Siwar center has a nice pool on the rooftop that guests can benefit from, it opens 8th of June till mid October.Safety and precautions procedures will be fully applied from us and you as guests.Normal swim wear is mandatory to access the pool.A rooftop snack is available during summer season that serves salads, sandwiches and drinks.An in house mini market delivers your basic needs. A private gym also exists which can be accessible by an additional charge. The property has around 200 flats of different types and sizes. Families, couples, and single people live here, So you can feel like home in anyway.

Getting around is easy, Dbayeh area is 5 minutes drive by car where you can find 2 major malls in the city, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and coffee shops. Calling a taxi is easy and i can help you with transportation details. Jeita Grotto, Harissa, Byblos, can be reached easily with max 20 minutes drive.
