Guest can use free Wi-Fi at the entire property. Air-conditioned rooms at Tokyu Stay Gotanda provide a flat-screen satelliteTV, microwave and a washing/dryer machine. A small fridge and an electric kettle are also provided. The en suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer and toiletries. Nightwear and slippers are offered for all guests. Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.
If the stay is 7 nights or more, "room cleaning" will be done once a week in addition to the above simple cleaning. Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can.
