Accommodation: At Jamnick Vacation Rentals, we offer accommodation for daily, long term and short term use. Our spacious, fully furnished and air conditioned villas are located in one of Jamaica’s finest gated communities, in close proximity to various beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Our villas include a full decked out kitchen, fitted with oven, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. The master bedrooms have their own ensuite with bath and shower. Your package/stay includes access to the pool, a private beach, gym, complementary WiFi throughout the property, house helper service. Guests can also enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. Neighbourhood information

My first introduction to Richmond Estate was back in 2010 when I vacationed here with my family. I was thoroughly impressed with the location because it is central to all the attractions such as Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain, fine dining and the lovely beaches here on the North Coast of Jamaica. But that was not all. Everyone I meet is friendly, welcoming and charming. So now I live here and I feel very safe because security is the order of the day here. I have since extended my vision to provide accommodation for others to come and experience a lifestyle not duplicated anywhere else in the world. Richmond Estate is an experience to have that you won't forget.
