The view is to die for. Every time we see the view, we are in awe, and you will be too. It is simply breath-taking. Whether it is sunny or rainy, whether at night or during the daytime, nothing compares. The town of Greenwood down below, and the magical Caribbean Sea stretching out as far as the eyes can see. The gentle ocean breeze wafting through the window louvres and through the many trees around the property add a soft soundtrack. The sunrise over Falmouth to the east and the sunset towards Montego Bay in the west, along with the 180 degrees view of the horizon, complete this experience of tranquillity.
The house and cottage are very spacious, with 11ft high ceilings throughout the house. Air conditioning is available in each bedroom, along with ceiling and floor fans.
The kitchens are fully-equipped and there is a large dining area in each of the house and cottage.
Outside, there is a large gazebo, complete with concrete benches and a table, a hammock, and a BBQ! Everything you need to relax and unwind. The property boasts solar water heating, solar outdoor lighting, a backup generator, and water storage.
We are a Jamaican couple who love to explore our country and meet new people. We currently live in Australia and travel back home every year. This property is our little slice of paradise, and we would love to share it with you, if only for a brief time.
On site, you will be looked after by Marley. She knows the local area really well, and will ensure you are comfortable throughout your stay.
Greenwood is a friendly seaside town with amazing food and entertainment venues, and within shorts drives of many amazing activities and places (Montego Bay, Martha Brae rafting, beaches, Luminous Lagoon, and a lot more!). It is conveniently located 30 minutes from the Sangster International airport. The property is located up the hill from the town, so you will have a short drive up a winding road. It is not a very easy walk due to the steepness of the climb, so please bear that in mind. Many guests do enjoy the walk, so it is all down to personal choice. There is a supermarket just at the foot of the hill, in case you want to stock up on groceries. This place has everything you need are a very relaxing holiday/vacation, so do not hesitate to book now!
