About this property
Combining contemporary furnishings with historic architecture, Villa Avellino Historic Residence in Pozzuoli. It is just 200 metres from the harbour for boats to Ischia, Capri and Procida. The modern apartments are air conditioned and have free Wi-Fi, an iPod docking station and LCD TV with satellite channels. Each one includes a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Built in 1540, Villa Avellino opened as a residence in 2012. It has a terrace on the top floors with sun loungers, tables and chairs. There is a coin-operated laundry room and an iron for all guests. You are 5 minutes' walk from the beach and Pozzuoli Solfatura Metro Station. There are a number of archaeological sites including the Flavio Amphitheatre and Serapis Temple nearby. Public parking is possible at an extra cost.
