Check-in can take place in person or in online self check-in mode: the guest will receive confirmation of the check-in method 2 days before check-in. Completing the online registration is MANDATORY in order to access the apartment. - SELF CHECK-IN: Instructions on how to retrieve the keys and access the apartment will be provided after completing online registration. Keys can be retrieved free of charge via on-site keybox. In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm. - IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: A member of our staff will welcome you to the apartment and give you the keys. Check-in in person is free between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins after 9.00 pm must be agreed directly with the property and involve a supplement as follows: EUR 25 between 21:00 and 23:00 EUR 30 between 23:00 and 00:00 EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30 Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.
