GUESTS ARE KINDLY ASKED TO HAVE SOME CASH ON THEM FOR THE CITY TAX, WHICH IS PAYABLE IN CASH ON ARRIVAL. A credit card is required upon arrival to cover any damage to the property or any violation of the property rules. THANK YOU The property is located in a historic building in the heart of Venice. We are 300 meters from the famous Rialto Bridge and 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The Santa Lucia train station is 15 minutes away. Shops, banks, and restaurants are nearby; you'll find everything you need while staying in a quiet, historic Venetian building in the heart of the city. Please note that we are on the second floor of the historic building, with wide, comfortable stairs. There is no elevator, which is not permitted due to the building's historic character. We inform our customers that the rooms with private bathrooms differ from each other, some have a private internal bathroom, others an external bathroom a step away from the room, and we have no way of differentiating it at the time of booking, if you have any doubts or requests please contact us thanks
