Set in the centre of Ortisei, the family-run Garni Snaltnerhof offers a traditional restaurant and pizzeria. Buses to Selva di Val Gardena stop 50 metres away. Originally a 17th century bakery, Hotel Garni Snaltnerhof has been run by the Hofer family for 6 generations. Its on-site shop still sells freshly baked bread, as well as local meats and preserves. All rooms include a private bathroom with hairdryer and amenities. They come with a satellite TV and feature free WiFi. Self-catering apartments are also available at the property. Breakfast is buffet style, and includes the hotel's own bread. The Vedl Mulin restaurant serves pizzas and dishes from the Val Gardena region.
