Brand new holiday home located on the first floor (without elevator), equipped with wi-fi and air conditioning in all rooms. There are also microwaves, washer-dryer, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, 40' Smart TV, etc. The apartment overlooks a large terrace with table, chairs and sofas to enjoy the west wind provided by Zefiro. Bar and gym in the immediate vicinity. Then restaurant, market, Adventure Park, WWF Oasis, sea ... everything in the area! Fregene is connected to Rome by the Via Aurelia (about 30 minutes) or by the A12 Rome-Civitavecchia motorway (Maccarese-Fregene exit) or also by Via Portuense and Via Muratella. Fregene is served by the Tirrenica Railway, via the Maccarese-Fregene station, and by the lines of the urban public transport service of the municipality of Fiumicino and interurban COTRAL and is only 15 minutes from Rome–Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" International Airport (FCO). Casa Zefiro is 100 meters from the Cotral bus stop for Rome/Airport and Trotta Bus for Maccarese-Fregene station. During the summer months, travel within the area is usually done by bicycle.
