This spacious, modern, and comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor. It is equipped to accommodate from 2 to 4 people. It has four split-level rooms: a bedroom upstairs with its en-suite bathroom, a large living room downstairs with a kitchenette, dining area, and lounge area, as well as a lovely terrace where you can dine under its awning. It is furnished with beautiful materials: Murano chandeliers, exposed honey-colored timbers, attractive tiled floors, quality appliances (flat-screen TV, oven, microwave, washing machine), automated skylights, air conditioning on both floors, and a large bay window. Its comfort will contribute to a wonderful stay with family or friends. Check-in Rules: - Arrival before 1 pm and from 10:30 am to drop off your luggage immediately at the apartment, collect the keys, and return after cleaning (our apartments are generally ready and clean around 1 pm - 2 pm, unless otherwise notified) and immediately enjoy Venice: 15 euros (to be paid in cash on site, along with the tourist tax, on the day of departure). - Late-night arrival (after 7 pm at the apartment): 15 euros (to be paid in cash on site, along with the tourist tax, on the day of departure).

The apartment is located in the authentic and lively Cannaregio district, at the entrance to Venice, making it easy to drop off your bags upon arrival! Quiet, cozy, fully equipped, air-conditioned, with a terrace and two bathrooms. This apartment's three major advantages are its location: - at the entrance to the city, close to all means of transport to reach Venice. - peaceful, with its terrace and surrounding vegetation and river. - close to one of the liveliest neighborhoods, notably its Strada Nuova lined with shops of all kinds and the Fondamenta degli Ormisini, lined with ciccheterias and osterias. You will be 2 minutes away from the various "Ferrovia" vaporetto docks overlooking the Grand Canal. Boats operate day and night. A ticket office is located at this stop. A Despar supermarket is nearby. You'll also find fruit, vegetable, and fish stalls, as well as a bakery nearby.
