An NRI living in Dubai UAE for the past 15 years. A badminton player and interested in Social activities.

Property information

The building is our ancestral house converted to a convenient guest house. Around 6 rooms, ground floor 4 rooms attached bath and first floor 2 rooms living room Kitchen and suitable for family guests and can be used as apartment.Own cooking facility available if required. Room space converting as Yoga Centre and a roof top garden. A Safe and secured space for short stays. All Assistance will be given for the guest for a comfortable stay

Neighbourhood information

Very calm and quite area.Most of the house owners in the area either retired or employed in Govt Service. We do not have vehicle access to the property and Vallet parking if required can be arranged. From the road it is a 1 Minute walk to the property. More properties in Trivandrum getting ready for customers.
