Situated in a prime spot amidst the bustling streets of Trichy, the property offers a unique experience that is in tune with the city's lively energy. This grand old house has lived many lives: a bustling family home, a popular wedding hall, and even a period of quiet solitude. Today, it stands as a triumphant and heartfelt tribute to its past, a true labour of love that chose to honour history rather than erase it. Every corner of Nilayam tells a story, and a philosophy of passionate repurposing is at its core. Roughly 90% of the house's original materials including doors with their unique imperfections and old furniture have been lovingly restored and brought home. Nilayam offers an authentic and deeply satisfying stay.
