Apartment is located 1 minute walk from the surfing beach. There's direct access from the apartment onto the beach & outdoor showers & hose pipes for washing boards & wetsuits.
We live in the apartment but work during the day. In our spare time we love being outdoors by daylight either in the ocean or walking. By dark we love the buzz of the village that centres around The Strand Bar. Live music is always on throughout the Summer Season & at weekends in the Winter. The locals are usually in telling stories or slagging each other and are all very friendly. We're extremely easy going and love meeting like minded people. One thing is you will not be disappointed in Strandhill Village or the people you meet. Enjoy the waves, the pints, the food and go for a seaweed bath if you've time.
There's so many options of different types of food to eat all within 1 minute walk from the apartment. Shells is on the seafront along with other pop up shacks weather permitting. There are two restaurants above The Strand Bar, Jade Garden & Stoked, there's also food available in the bar with exciting daily specials, food is served until 4pm weekdays & 5pm at weekends! Then the stone baked pizza menu kicks off until 11pm they are awesome!
