Kilkee is a popular coastal town located on the rugged west coast of Clare and these holiday apartments are a great base for visitors at any time of the year. KILKEE HOLIDAY HOMES TYPE B - SLEEPS 5: Type B accommodation has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5 people comfortably and is located on the ground floor.These holiday apartments have an open plan spacious kitchen/dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, new flat screen TV’s and high-speed internet throughout. PROPERTY LAYOUT - ground floor: Open plan kitchen/dining/living area Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2 Bedroom 2: Triple ensuite sleeping Family bathroom with over bath shower Wifi is available at the property. There are large open spaces for kids to play and garden furniture is provided for outside dining. There is on-site parking beside each property with sufficient space to leave wet gear and kids bicycles. This is an extra charge for heating & electricity which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid.
