Beautiful newly renovated villa located in Kanica only 150m from the beach Rina. The property consist of two floors with separate entrances ,each one has 2 bedrooms with large flat TV screen with on suite shower rooms.Every room has air condition.Free toiletries,linen and towels are provided on site. Each floor has its own fully equiped kitchen with dining and lounge area and balconies with seaviews. The property also has an additional fitness/game room providing PS5 with video games and a variety of board games.For the fitness there is a rowing machine and weights. The outside area has a heated swimming pool with a beautiful sundeck with sundeck chairs,garden area and a playground area for kids.
