L'Hotel Pegasus es troba a 50 metres del port pintoresc i del port esportiu de Pythagorio i molt a prop de l'animat ambient nocturn de Samos. Pythagorio és molt atractiu pels seus museus importants, exposicions d'art i esdeveniments.
