I and my mother Yanna and our co-host Nina love to provide our guests with a true home experience during their stay, where they can enjoy good things and happy times in a great space. Wonderful refurbished second-floor two-bedroom apartment with high ceilings in the hip part of fashionable Pangrati, front and rear balconies, near the ancient Olympic stadium and great local restaurants, cafés and other amenities. Within a comfortable walk of the center and main sights and amenities, walkable from metro (direct M3 airport line). Tastefully furnished and decorated with original art, fully independent central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, luxury bedrooms and bathroom. Large dining area, Netflix & cable TV, deluxe kitchen with top appliances including washer/dryer. Additional features: - Free hi-speed WiFi. - Brand new 40" Samsung 4K Ultra HD TV, cable TV (Cosmote Home) with main local and international channels. - HDMI cable / universal plug adaptors (please leave in apartment after stay). - Fully catered kitchen with all food essentials - including tea and coffee and cooking items - and utensils provided. - Honor bar (see 'What guests can access' for details). - Two yoga mats (in main bedroom cupboard). - Bluetooth stereo speaker for connecting to your music devices (JBL Flip 4).

Neighbourhood information

Located in a charming and upscale area in the fashionable and fun Pangrati district of downtown Athens, just a couple of minutes stroll from the landmark new Goulandris contemporary art museum at Eratosthenous Street 13. Numerous tavernas, stylish cafes and bars, shops, and fresh bakeries are within walking distance from the apartment, as are all the main sights.
