We require a 25% deposit payable on booking, for bookings made more than 12 weeks prior to arrival. Final payment is due 12 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 12 weeks of arrival, full payment will be required on booking. The property will contact you after you have booked to provide instructions on how to settle the balance.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of £1,700 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
