Hi i am Rachel from Restore Lettings Wigan. I pride our properties on the cleanliness and presentation as i also own a cleaning company as well as being host to our lovely B&B properties. I aim to make every B&B experience a good one for all of our guests. I am a local host so I have a key lock box and I am on hand and local for any support needed

‘The First ‘ is a 3 bedroom mid terrace property,budget friendly , located in Springfield Wigan a ten minute walk from Wigan town centre, the central train station and the stadium . We have on street parking , we can sleep up to 8 guests. Our spacious kitchen should be an added bonus to our self catering bnb. We have a small secure back yuard with 2 chairs.Upstairs there is 3 bedrooms ,one futon single bed and one single bed and 3 double beds . We offer a clean bathroom with both bath and shower
