Cosy Nook Cottage is a beautiful two bedroom property offering excellent family accommodation, or the perfect space to enjoy the delights of the Eden Valley with friends. The cottage comprises of a lovely living room with log burner and flat screen tv, a spacious dining kitchen, fully fitted with all appliances, crockery and glassware and beautifully furnished. There is a high chair available for younger guests if required and also children's dinnerware and cutlery. There is a terrace with seating to the front of the property and a fully enclosed rear garden with lawn and seating to the rear. The cottage also has a handy downstairs cloakroom. The first floor comprises of two large bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a kingsize bed, seating area which also offers a sofa bed for small guests (not suitable for adults) to use, flat screen tv and this room has an ensuite shower. The second bedroom has flexible bed options with a super king size bed which can also be offered as a twin if preferred and the room has a flat screen tv. The bathroom has a bath and over shower, all towels and a range of luxury toiletries are supplied.

The Eden Valley offers a host of lovely landscapes and activities. The small towns and villages that make up this beautiful area offer great walking and cycling, lovely local shops, ancient monuments, many castles and places of historic interest. Natural settings that are home to various wildlife are in abundance. There are rivers to fish and many field activities on offer in the area. The village of Warcop centres around a village green with a stream running through to meet the River Eden.
