The Property is a new build - in 2023, situated on 3 floors, with 4 bedrooms - 1 Master Bedroom with a King Sized Bed, an En-suite and a separate Dressing room, 2 Double Bedrooms one bedroom with a King Size Bed, a second bedroom with a Double Bed, a Single Bedroom/Study with a Daybed which sleeps 2 people also with an extra Futon. A further En-suite Shower room, Family Bathroom, Leaving room, Kitchen/Dining Room and a separate Toilet on the ground floor.

As the Property is situated in a very quiet place, there won’t be any loud music allowed or any noise which may impact the neighbours. Please Park either in front of the Garage or at the side of the Property, as parking at the front of the property usually blocks the neighbour’s. Kind regards
