This property cannot accommodate large groups of 6 people or more at weekends, such as stag nights, hen parties and birthday groups.

Due to the style of the apartments building, there are steep stairs leading to the apartments and studio rooms, and no lift, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The Queens Hotel and Spa building does have a lift to all floors, although not all room types are accessible to wheelchair users.
Special menus will apply for all guests wishing to dine in the hotel on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with pre-booking essential. The hotel will contact you with further information and prices.
Evening food service will be limited on certain evenings in December due to Christmas Party nights. Evening food service may also be limited on certain dates throughout the year as well as Christmas and New Year’s Eve period due to pre-booked events.
Apartment and Studio check-in: Guests will check-in at the main Queens Hotel & Spa. The apartments are located in the Queens Hotel Apartments building next door to the main hotel.
Guests booking an apartment/ studio will be required to pay on arrival by credit card. The hotel will also require photo ID (drivers licence, government issued ID card or passport) to be presented on arrival.
Please note, the property is unable to take cash payments for apartment/studio bookings.
