Aparthotel has a welcoming reception which will issue the key cards for the access to the apartments upon arrival and will take the guest to the rooms. Staff is well trained to be friendly and welcoming to the guest. Staff is available throughout the day from 8 am to 10 PM for any assistance guest may require upon arrival or during their stay.

Our Apartments with its own on-suit toilet & Kitchen is the perfect place for a short or long stay for holidays. We have Pergola open air on the front of the building for guest to sit with one area designated for non-smoking area and one side for smokers. Eastbourne is one of the most popular places to visit England for those seeking a seaside getaway. We are just 500 metres away an elegant three-mile-long Seafront with beaches, and marvellous holiday atmosphere with our spectacular late 19th century building which has been recently refurbished to a very high standard quality apartments. Eastbourne has top-rated 11 Tourist attractions; Beachy head , Carpet Gardens, Maine Parade Beaches, Eastbourne Pier, Eastbourne Redoubt, Eastbourne Miniature Steam, Seafood and the Seven Sisters, Towner Art Gallery, Michelham Priory, The Cuckoo Trail, The Observatory Science Centre. Seaford and the seven Sisters is just nine miles from our hotel. Beachy Head is within walking distance from our hotel, the 530-foot-high Beachy Head is a favourite sightseeing spot for tourist due to its spectacular views. ATM & Tesco is 5-7 minutes walk from our hotel, train station is 8-10 minutes walk to our hotel, Town centre with Shopping mall, The Beacon is 8-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The Beacon has a number of retail shops, restaurants, a movie theatre, hair saloons and boutiques at this modern centre. Congress Theatre, a 1700 seat auditorium hosting classical music, opera, comedy and touring shows from mainstream stars is just 70 metre walk from the hotel. Devonshire park tennis courts host Eastbourne International Tennis Tournaments every year in June which is very spacious and well thought place for tennis fans is just 200 meters walk from the hotel. It is lovely with green healthy grass.has an excellent venue, great facilities and a well organised tournament before Wimbledon every year.

Neighbourhood information

There are many cafe, restaurants and bars near the hotel. The Tennis cafe, Bistrot Pierre, on the Eastbourne beach, Pablos for breakfast & lunch 18 Carlisle Road , Ganes Indian Restaurant on the waterfront, La Locanda Italian restaurant on Cornfield Terrace with many other restaurant nearby. Guest can order takeaway to the room from a choice of over 50 restaurants through "Just Eat" with a delivery period of 30-45 minutes.
