A unique little guest house providing our guests with the most comfortable stay whilst visiting Blackpool. Under new ownership since January 2023, Stay at 25 has undergone refurbishments to most of the rooms and hallways. The outside of the building is currently undergoing a face lift

Property information

Stay at 25 is conveniently situated in a superb position in central Blackpool, a very short stroll to the beach, central & north pier, the town centre, Coral Island, Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens. All rooms are of neutral decor with white bedding, clean, yet cosy and will provide you with the most comfy nights sleep. All of our rooms have complimentary towels, hair & body wash, a well stocked hospitality tray, Iron & ironing board, luggage rack and a free standing fan. You will also enjoy free WIFI and a smart TV. All rooms are accessed via stairs and we have CCTV in all communal area’s. Stay at 25 is self check in and you will receive the check in codes on the day of your arrival. Entry is via a smart lock on the main door and a key safe on your room door. There is always someone to hand should you require anything during your stay and staff do live in the building.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in the very heart of Blackpool, a few minute walk to central & north pier, 350 yards to the beach, the town, the Blackpool Tower and the winter gardens. We are in a great position with many attractions within a very short walk.
