Overview Welcome to this beautiful Grade II Listed Georgian Townhouse in the heart of the historic Dartmouth town centre and near to the picturesque River Dart waterfront. Located opposite the historic market on level ground, your ensuite double room includes a 2000 sprung pocket mattress, white cotton linen, towels, tea, coffee and fridge, iron and board, hairdryer, ensuite bathroom with plenty of hot water, heating, and free fibre optic wifi, all recently renovated and stylishly decorated. Your Space Recently refurbished double room overlooking historic Dartmouth Market Square. In addition, an ensuite shower room, bed, seating, free standing and built-in storage, tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen television and free wifi. Carefully colour co-ordinated carpets and soft furnishings compliment the soft and gentle interior decor. Ensuite shower room, with modern fittings, good light and mirror with basic soaps and toiletries included.
You'll be able to come and go as you please, as well as arrive and depart at your convenience. You'll receive a four-digit code on your confirmation email to access the main entrance. You'll find a key safe which you'll have the code for by your bedroom to access your room key. Whilst we want you to enjoy your independence, we'll always be only too happy to help you with anything during your stay.
There's so much to do in Dartmouth you'll be spoilt for choice all year around. If you love historic houses and gardens, or immersing yourselves in history or culture, Dartmouth is the place for you. Shopping, galleries, museums, arts and crafts, cafes and pubs are all in abundance. Enjoy browsing through Dartmouth's beautiful historic streets or venture out into the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, cycling, watersports and relax on our truly stunning local beaches. Getting Around As Millpool House is located in the centre of Dartmouth, you'll enjoy easy access on foot to all local amenities including shops, bars, restaurants etc and the beautiful scenic River Dart. There are good local transport links including regular buses and ferry across the River Dart if your fancy visiting further afield so once you're parked up you can forget your car and enjoy your sense of freedom!
