New refurbished Bungalow with 4 ooms available, 2 rooms with double beds & One up the stairs for occasional use Another room with 2 x single beds Newly decorated with new carpets in most areas, new bedding including mattress protectors & towels for guests to use. One bathroom with large Walk in shower Kitchen with all amenities, Washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster & all cooking utensils, saucepans, plates, cups, cutlery etc Usually a busy area in the week more peaceful over the weekends with plenty of restaurants, food stores & bus routes to the city center & surrounding areas Aldi food stores across the road, Indian restaurant, barbershops & kebab/ chicken & fish & chip shops No garden or conservatory to use while refurbishing but will be ready in the spring/ summer 2026 Off road parking on the driveway is included In front of the property for guests staying Free parking for 1 car, 2 off road car spaces available on the front driveway on request if required Close to & walking distance to Abbey Park which has plenty going on with the mini train trips, music & food festivals, regular Billy Bates Fun Fair The city center : The Highcross shopping center, deluxe cinema & lots going on around Christmas & The New Year with food festivals, ice skating & the Ferris wheel Close to ' The Golden Mile ' with Asian festivals / Diwali celebrations over October Walking distance through Abbey Park & Canel walks Heating is on inside the property from September - May
