Hi I'm Tom, I have lived in the UK since 2003. I used to work in London and Beijing in different corporates and consulting firms, now live with my family between London and Brighton. Although only 1 hour's train journey from London, Brighton has a distinctively laid back, bohemian and cosmopolitan feel, and we are loving it here.

You will feel at home in this charming & cosy end-of-terrace townhouse in central Brighton, minutes away from sea front & i360, with a backyard patio & private entrance. Central, conveniently surrounded by numerous shops/restaurants/supermarkets/cafes, but normally very quiet. 2 minutes to Churchill Square Shopping Centre, 15 minutes to Brighton station. Two spacious double bedrooms with comforatble king-size beds, two full bathrooms. Separate living/dining room & kitchen. Host up to 7 people.

Neighbourhood information

The house is centrally located on Castle Street of Brighton. It is 1 minute's walk to Brighton's main shopping street Western Road on the north, 5 minutes' walk to the seafront and British Airways i360 on the south, 1 minute's walk to the Brighton's famous food street Preston Street on the West, and 3 minutes' walk to Brighton's biggest shopping centre Churchill Square Shopping Centre on the east. Despite the very central location Castle Street is very private and quiet. It is also discreetly trendy, with a music recording studio and two gyms (one boxing gym and one conventional gym) opposite the house, and a snooker bar further down the road. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes near the house, making it a very convenient place to stay in Brighton. Cafe Nero, Costa Coffee, Primark, McDonald's, Argos, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Starbucks, Poundland, Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Robert Dyras and numerous restaurants and bars are all within 3 minutes' walk.
