HOE PARK HOUSE – A spacious and characterful Victorian home set over four floors, perfect for groups of up to 10. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac right next to Plymouth’s scenic Hoe Park, it offers a peaceful base just a short stroll from the lively Barbican, where you’ll find cobbled streets, cosy pubs, great restaurants, cafés and cocktail bars. Inside, there’s loads of room to spread out with four generous bedrooms (two super kings, one king, one twin) and a second sitting room that easily turns into a fifth bedroom thanks to a comfy sofa bed. There are two modern bathrooms (one with a walk-in rainfall shower, the other with a bath and shower), plus a bright double lounge with original Victorian pocket doors and a large open-plan kitchen/diner that’s perfect for hanging out, cooking or entertaining. You’ll also find thoughtful touches throughout: luxurious towels and bathrobes, a travel cot and high chair for little ones, smart TVs, Bluetooth soundbars, books and games, a private furnished patio and even a dedicated home office space.
