    Location was perfect for the Football. Short walk to shopping and the Supertram. We were 7 people and whilst the house is not big we didn't feel like we were on top of each other all the time. House was clean and in good condition.

* An attractive spacious bay fronted terraced house in Hillsborough. Beautifully presented accommodation on three floors featuring a newly installed modern kitchen and bathroom with 3 bedrooms, an occasional room, cellar and enclosed garden with brick built store. Benefits from gas central heating and uPVC double glazed windows and doors. The front door opens into bay fronted living area * The kitchen is newly installed with grey fronted wall and base units complemented by wooden effect worktops, glass splash back and down lighters. Integrated appliances include an electric oven, hob and extractor hood, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The rear door opens onto a fully enclosed back garden. * The first floor comprises of one double bedroom to the front with built in storage cupboard, chest of draw with mirror above and one bedroom to the rear overlooking the garden.  The modern, newly fitted bathroom is a white suite with grey tiled splash backs, bath, overhead shower, sink, WC and chrome ladder radiator. * The second floor comprises of a further 2 rooms, one occasional room leading to a further 3rd bedroom both light and airy due to velux and dormer windows to the front and rear. * To the front of the property is a privet enclosed area and to the rear a newly lawned garden with stone path, brick built storage, all enclosed by rustic fencing.

Located in an extremely popular road, well-served by local shops and amenities in Hillsborough, local schools, recreational facilities, public transport including the supertram, and access links to the city centre, hospitals, universities, and the Peak District.
