A travel cot and highchair provided. Outside, there seaward facing balcony and patio with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.5, a pub, and within 0.3, the beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. Access from the car parking area is down 19 internal carpeted steps. 13 steps down to access the lower ground floor bedrooms.Bedroom Two offers zip and link twin beds which can be joined to make a super king size bed, upon request. All bed requests must be made no later than 7 days before your arrival day. Any requests made after this date will be subject to enquiry and will incur additional housekeeping costs.Unfortunately, the gravel path, down the side of the apartments, to the communal gardens has been highlighted as not suitable for frequent use. The owners are looking at addressing this in the long term, but in the meantime they have installed 'no pedestrian access' sign to say that guests will be unable to use the path to access the communal gardens and therefore the communal gardens will be inaccessible via the path for the duration of your stay. The delightful village of Carbis Bay is known for its magnificent stretch of pure white sand, which is only a short drive from iconic St Ives. The beach feels almost subtropical, with turquoise waters and protected conditions, and is ideal for an afternoon of sunbathing or water sports. Carbis Bay has a few shops and restaurants, as well as a fish and chip takeaway and a train station. One of the most beautiful rail journeys in the country is from Carbis Bay to St Ives.
