About the property: Check in: 3pm Check out: 11 am 2 double bedrooms Pet friendly - max 2 dogs Close to Waterloo train station (20 minutes into Liverpool City Centre) Close to beach Note: steep staircase A beautifully recently renovated two bedroom home in Waterloo (L22), close to Anthony Gormleys Iron Men, Lakeside Adventure Centre, Crosby Coastal Park, and many shops, bars and restaurants. The house comprises of a cosy living room, open plan kitchen/dining area (ground floor) and 2 double bedrooms, dedicated office space and bathroom (first floor). ***PLEASE NOTE, this is an old property and the stairs are very steep and may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty climbing stairs*** There is a small enclosed yard which gets a lot of sun during spring/summer and a lovely space to relax in during the day and evening. Parking: Argo Road is permit free and there is space to park directly outside of the property, but this is not guaranteed and occasionally will need to park a few spaces down the road. Pets: We are dog friendly and happy for guests to bring their lovely pooches with them (2 dogs max). There is a park (Victoria Park) 2 minutes walk away from the house and beach close by. Victoria Park also has an enclosed area for dogs to allow them to run around off the lead. Rules for pet owners: Please can we ask that owners DO NOT allow their pets to sleep in/on beds or any bedding provided and dogs must sleep in/on their own bed/blanket, preferably downstairs. About the area: The street is quiet but with local shops, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and train station nearby. Liverpool City Centre is only a short train ride away (20 minutes), as is Formby, Birkdale, Ainsdale and Southport. We are David and Anne, married with 2 children and 1 adorable Belgian Malinois! Our house is in a perfect location for exploring the local area and also the City Centre. Waterloo train station is within walking distance (0.2 miles) with direct lines to Liverpool City Centre (20 minutes), Formby Nature Reserve (10 minutes) and Southport (20 minutes) Antony Gormleys Iron Men, Crosby Beach is within walking distance (10 mins walk) Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre, within walking distance (10-15 mins walk) via South Road Nearest food supermarket (Co-op) is located on Brighton Road, Waterloo - 2 mins walk from property Nearest shops, cafes and restaurants can be found on St Johns Road (1 min walk) with many more on South Road, Waterloo and also Crosby Village Waterloo train station is within walking distance Free street parking outside of the property.
