We enjoy hosting responsible, mature and family oriented guests. The rooms are ideal for mature students, professionals coming to work, contractors, tourists. It's not suited for guests coming for romance or those coming for a hook-up or other such purpose. We welcome families with children, but cannot accommodate anyone under 21 years who is not accompanied by a parent.
