A unique townhouse in central Leeds created by architects, based around a main turret with spiral staircase and private roof garden . House set over three floors. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one small double that can sleep two adults . Bedeck bedding and furnished to a high standard. One newly renovated bathroom with shower and bath . Large open plan lounge and kitchen . Roof garden is entirely private and offers amazing views of Leeds. Very central. Opposite Leeds Direct Arena .
Host available at all times with questions . Key box outside to let yourself in .
Very safe part of central Leeds. Close to town centre and First Direct Arena. Wetherspoons 2 mins . Main nightlife shopping 5 minutes . Tesco Local 2 mins . Large Morrisons 3 minutes . Parking 2 minutes. John Lewis 5 mins . There is parking outside the house which we always use unhindered. It is not ours and you would park there at own risk.
