I have been hosting guests for 4 years and I have been lucky enough to meet some wonderful people. I will always give guests their space but if you wish to socialise that is fine to. I do work from home but won't cause any inconvenience to guests.

Property information

A superb home away from home situated on the marina of the Ashton Canal with lovely views of the Peak District. A tastefully decorated bedroom room with a comfy double bed, TV, tea & coffee making facilities and a dressing table/work space. You will also have the luxury of your own private full bathroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen and living area when not in use by myself. Free secure parking. The local tram stop and shops are only a 3 minute walk away.

Neighbourhood information

Ideally located in a quieter suburb with the local tram stop just a couple of minutes walk away which will take you directly into the city centre in around 20 minutes. There is a Tesco and other shops conveniently located a few minutes walk away. For those with a car, the Peak District is only a 30 to 40 minute drive away.
