Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 500 yards from Southbourne Beach & High Street. Whether it's a day at the beach, a BBQ at the beach, dinner at one of the many restaurants or bars in the high street, or an evening in, the options are many. Jump in the hot tub, dinner in the GrillKota (Nowegien BBQ Hut/lodge) . You can be sure of a great time at the Southboune Beach house.

Urban, family Avenue. Super close to the beach and Southbourne high street. The hight st has some fantastic shops, restuarants, food shops (Cheese, Meat, Bakers) You can pretty much get most things with in a ten minute walk. Parking for 3/4 cars on the driveway. Close to bus stops 500 yards. Pokesdown train station, 0.7 miles away. Bournemouth Airport is 5 miles away.
