Meet Your Hosts: Thomas & Dan At Awakening Alchemy Retreat Centre, your hosts Thomas and Dan bring together decades of experience, deep compassion, and a shared passion for personal transformation. Thomas is a renowned Ayurvedic and Holistic Health Practitioner with over 35 years of experience supporting clients—including celebrities and royalty—on their journeys to greater wellbeing. Before founding the retreat centre, he ran a celebrated clinic in central London, guiding people to lasting health using Ayurveda, frequency healing, and integrative therapies. Dan’s own healing journey began after facing burnout and chronic back pain in the corporate world. Discovering the Alexander Technique changed his life and inspired him to train as a practitioner. Dan now shares this powerful approach with guests, helping them find ease, resilience, and a renewed sense of balance—physically and emotionally. Together, Thomas and Dan offer guests more than a place to stay: they provide a safe, nurturing environment for rest, renewal, and genuine connection.
