301 Grosvenor House has been designed with all your needs in mind, with the aim of our guests sensing the "home from home" feeling as they arrive. Fresh towels, bed linen, the ability to sign into Netflix at your fingertips! We want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and at ease for the duration of your stay.

301 Grosvenor House is the epitome of a modern and chic city centre getaway in the heart of Wakefield. The apartment was only built in 2023 and has been carefully designed to meet our guests high standards and to keep up with modern trends. Elegant soft furnishings have been added to give the home an extra touch of comfort. The Apartment is complete with a living area; incorporating an open plan kitchen/ diner; bathroom facilities, gas, water, electric, Wifi, Smart TV, with access to paid parking only a few minutes walk from the property. The beds at the property can be changed into a double or two singles upon request. (Please note there are 3 flights of stairs up to the property.)

Grosvenor House is at the heart of the budding town centre of Wakefield. Surrounded by an array of boutique shops, well known retailers, as well as a Starbucks and a Pure Gym on hand; this location is perfect for a short city break or to use as a base for contractors coming to the area. On the door step of property is the beautiful Hepworth Art Galley, or take a short drive into nature at Yorkshire Sculpture Park or Pugneys Country Park, and then enjoy an evening at Wakefield Theatre.
