Booking policy: The standard option to book is free cancellation up until 2 weeks before your stay. If you're booking within 2 weeks of your check in date, you have 48 hours free cancellation period The non-refundable option is 10% cheaper than the standard price and there is no free cancellation period. We live close to the property and are available via the chat / message / call.

Property information

Our home is perfect for large groups to stay in Birmingham. Whether it's for a team, wedding party, birthday, friendly meet up, family get away, hen / stag do; keep your group together in a central location whilst having your own space in a comfortable home with secure keyless access. Parking: Free parking directly in front of the building for 4 hours free Mon - Sat 8am - 6pm and full day free on Sundays and bank holidays, meaning free parking for the day of check in up until 1pm the following day. There is full wifi, washing machines, fridges, cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener, hot running water, kettle, hair dryer, toilet roll, fresh linen and towels provided and a storage area for clothes in each of the bedroom. The living rooms have a TV and an Amazon stick which contains Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, Freetv & Youtube. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions prior to booking!
