The Gingerbread House and The Bakery are set in rural Normandy in a small village called Beauficel. Set in 2.5 ares of orchards, paddocks and pretty gardens. There is a bar /tabac/ shop and boulangerie a few minutes drive away. The town of Sourdeval is a 5 minute drive away and you will find bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. The town of Vire is a 10 minutes drive away where there are a lot more amenities. Lac de Dathee is a short drive away and has a beach with watersports. Golf, fishing, hiking, biking and other leisure activities are in the area. Surrounded by historic towns and villages you will find something for everyone.
