Magnificent studio completely renovated and air-conditioned which has everything a great for its modern comfort and high-end equipment with a superb sea and park view. Access to the various beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear waters or to the swimming pool is a few meters away. The situation is very calm, we can sleep quietly with the bay window wide open. The Nérée building is located in a luxury residence, one of the most beautiful on the Côte d'Azur with all the comforts, swimming pool, bar / restaurant, tennis, ... The studio is south facing and enjoys the sun most of the day. The interior and exterior blinds as well as the electric roller shutter soften the presence of the sun. There are plenty of free parking spaces very close by. Mandelieu la Napoule is very pleasant with the city center, the market, the many bars and restaurants, the train station, the port, the beaches, the castle ... which are located a few minutes away on foot. Several important shopping areas are within a short drive. The bus stop in front of the residence allows you a direct journey to Cannes train station and all along the coast in both directions.
We will do our best to make the most of your stay and are at your disposal with our team on site. We work with the SOVIMO agency located a few meters away for entry / exit and monitoring and management. Do not hesitate to contact us if necessary.
The port residence is a luxurious residence located in a very beautiful wooded and landscaped park.
