The apartments of Domaine des Ecuries in Talloires are facing south with a superb view of the golf of Talloires The house completed in late 2017 is a former equestrian center that I held for the last 35 years. Surface of 38 m2 with mezzanine bedroom. Mattress 160 * 200, very spacious bathroom, quiet environment, kitchen, washing machine. Shops are 2 minutes drive (Menthon St Bernard) and the lake 3 minutes. Ski resorts La Clusaz and Grd Bornand 30 minutes. Private terrace. Ideal for couples passionate about sport, nature!
