Despite its central location (just 2 minutes from the train station and Place de la Comédie), our apartment offers a peaceful retreat, allowing you to relax in perfect tranquility. Suite 1 (street side) and Suite 2 (court side) are located on the first floor, offering beautifully designed spaces fully equipped for your comfort. Suite 3, our Boutique Apartment, is situated on the ground floor and features a novel concept blending the functionality of a design agency with the comfort of an apartment. This unit offers a stylish and contemporary living space directly facing the street, with a large window providing ample natural light. Privacy is ensured with a special film applied to the window. Suite 4 is a spacious and inviting large studio also located on the ground floor. This unit boasts a beautiful bathroom with both a shower and a separate bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Additionally, it offers a charming small patio, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
