Ideal for a couple or a business trip, this studio located on the 1st floor (courtyard view) of a newly renovated building features a fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning and has stylish light fittings throughout with eye-catching decoration. The apartment is fully equipped: Air conditioning, Wifi, TV, Sound system and a washing machine at the underground level. Upon your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions: bed linen, towels and bath products, coffee and tea. Moreover our smart-lock system will allow you an autonomous arrival after 3pm and a key-less stay. As all our apartments are non smoker a breach of this rule will force us to execute a special cleaning in the apartment hence a 250 fee will be charged on your card.
