Authentic Fijian village house recently built. It is situated in Malevu Village on Naviti Island. This beachfront home is cozy, and has a dining room table, couch, outside table and chairs, and everything you need for meals. There is a compulsory meal plan per guest as there are no restaurants or cafes on the island. The house is a short swim to exquisite snorkeling reef, and also a short walk to the base of the mountain, for a hike up the summit. there are boat trips available to swim with Manta Rays during Manta season. A magical village stay with a very welcoming village, very used to homestays with 6 other homestays in this village. A magical, authentic Fijian village experience, where everyone is very welcomed. Meals are authentically Fijian, including pancakes, noodles, rice, chicken curry, fish dishes, potato dishes, daal, fruit (seasonal), cassava, donuts. The hosts are happy to cater for vegetarians.
Amelia and Maori love welcoming visitors to their magical home and village. They love sharing their culture, and love with their visitors. A magical happy place, visitors have been returning to this family for years. Once you come once you will be hooked forever, with the magic of Fiji in your soul. Dance and sing with Amelia (Loii- Mother in Fijian), or go fishing with Maori. for those wanting Fiji time, there is no where more relaxing. Grab a book, sip on a coconut and spend the day watching the ocean. We encourage our visitors to relax and really take in Fijian time.
The island in a very beautiful place, located close to the Manta Ray channel. World class snorkeling, and incredible hiking. There is something for everyone here that loves nature. It is an ideal eco-tourism location. The sunrises over the ocean are spectacular, and the sunsets on the mountain are beautiful.
